I will consistently create and share marketing materials across my network and social media to keep interest in your home high. I will also schedule open houses as needed to attract potential buyers until your home is sold.

I will set up an automated scheduling service that makes it easy for buyers to book showings at their convenience while ensuring the process aligns with your preferences. You’ll have full control over the schedule, with the ability to block times as needed and set specific showing guidelines. You'll receive instant text notifications for new or canceled showings and can quickly approve or decline requests with a simple message, making the process seamless and stress-free.

Communicating with Other Agents and Title

As buyers tour your home, they may have questions or submit offers with specific conditions. I will be by your side to guide you through every step, answering inquiries and negotiating on your behalf. Once an offer is made, the option period begins, allowing the buyer to conduct a professional inspection and withdraw from the deal for any reason. If they request repairs, I will communicate their concerns, help you evaluate your options, and find practical solutions. Should any challenges arise through the entire process, I will handle negotiations, working to keep the deal on track while minimizing complications and delays.

The title company is responsible for ensuring there are no outstanding claims on your property before the sale is finalized. Buyers want the confidence that they’re purchasing a home free and clear, without the risk of future disputes. To facilitate this, the title company will require your property survey and a sworn statement confirming no changes have been made since it was obtained. Throughout the process, they may have questions and require additional documentation. I will be there every step of the way to ensure the title company stays on track, handles everything efficiently, and helps us reach a smooth and successful closing.
